She has successfully led projects spanning educationdigital skills, entrepreneurship, monitoring and evaluation, and social impact across diverse cultural and organizational contexts. Beyond technical expertise in project management, Elikplim has a strong background in entrepreneurship training, having empowered individuals and businesses to thrive by delivering tailored training sessions and mentorship programs.
